Our employability qualifications help people build the practical skills they need to find work, succeed at work, and progress in their careers. Developed with employers and recruitment professionals, every unit focuses on real-world situations — from writing CVs and preparing for interviews to managing time, working in teams and understanding workplace expectations.
There are no exams. Learners build a portfolio of evidence demonstrating their skills, supported by their assessor throughout.
