We realise that most of our clients have a need for temporary staff and we are able to provide well trained staff with the relevant experience and empathetic approach to service delivery. Our agency staff are given the additional training that enables them meet the sector specific needs of our clients’ end-users as well as meet the additional needs of our clients in an ever evolving facilities environments.

Cleaning Support Services
We supply cleaning operatives who have received sector accredited training. All our operatives understand the need to comply with safeguarding procedures and have received health and safety training. All our staff are trained in Infection Control and Management and able to work in NHS facilities.
Our cleaners are DBS cleared and trained to work various environments including secure buildings such as Detention Centres, Approved Premises and Remand facilities. We also provide staff trained in end of tenancy deep cleans for university student accommodation as well working with universities and hostels during residential conference periods.

Logistics Services
We have logistic staff available to join your organisation with the relevant skills to deliver either in a warehouse scenario or within small mailrooms. All our staff have an understanding of a range of mailroom systems and are able to process mail through a range of providers.
Our staff are trained in a range of Health and Safety courses including Manual Handling and First-Aid as well as Functional Skills up to Entry 3 in ICT, English and Maths.

Security & Events Support Services
We have qualified and SIA certified security and event support officers with additional training that enables them support educational institutions. Our staff are trained in a range of other areas that enables them respond empathetically to a range of situation. Our staff are trained mental health first aiders as well as qualified first aiders this enables them better support children and young adults within educational settings as well as provide essential services in social supported housing settings.
We also provide staff to support events including religious, sports and music events.
Waste Management Services
We provide Waste Handling operatives for a range of services and organisations. We have efficient and well trained staff available to work at hospitals, universities, waste transfer stations and on other assignments with local authority providers.
Our staff are all qualified first-aiders and also trained in infection control enabling them manage their risk within most environments they are assigned to work in. They are also supported in developing team working skills as part of their Employability Skills Course.
Business Support Service
With the changes in FM service delivery and management as a result of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, there is an increasing reliance on remote working and the use of online services to support the delivery of Facilities Services.
Blackburn Gould have reception and helpdesk staff trained in Facilities Management, with an insight into CAFM systems and other FM related software, available to support organisations. Our team of frontline administrative staff have relevant training in security related issues as well as being qualified First Aiders.
